Bob Rudy began his broadcasting career on Christmas Day 1980 at a little AM radio station in Shamokin, PA.  Over the years, Bob has worked at 16 radio stations in Central Pennsylvania.

Bob has always been very active in the community, having won The Jefferson Award in 2005.  Bob has served on several boards of organizations relative to protecting children and animals.  You may recognize Bob from having been the host of "Meet the Pets" on television, from the York County SPCA for 5 years.

Although he was one day away from quitting high  school, Bob changed his attitude, stayed in school, and now holds three college degrees including a Masters in Education from Penn State University.

Whenever given the opportunity, Bob encourages children to "believe in their dreams, follow their heart, and have the courage and stamina to be steadfast in achieving their goals."  He adds, "if you truly believe in yourself, you can change the world and accomplish anything!"
